25 YEARS - A TIME TO CELEBRATE!
The ELP 25th Anniversary Celebration is an opportunity for the entire ELP family - students, alumni, staff, faculty, and support networks - to come together to reflect on where we have been, where we are, and where we are going. Throughout the day, we will examine our cultural artifacts, learn through scholarly conversation within our complex system of leaders, and celebrate the unsung heroes of ELP - our loved ones - who have supported us on our individual and collective change journies. In tandem, we will look to the future of human and organizational learning and reflect on how we can mold the next 25 years. Of course, there will also be ample opportunity to enjoy great food, music, and dancing. You won't want to miss it...register today!

Reunions, symposium, gala - a celebration done right! You won't want to miss it!

LEADERSHIP
The George Washington University Executive Leadership Doctoral Program (ELP) was founded in 1989 to help leaders respond to the increased complexity that characterizes organizations and society today. These challenges demand more from organizational practitioners, requiring increased professional knowledge and the development of a new cadre of leaders who bring a wide-range of human and organizational theories to guide people and organizations through rapid and continual change.
Almost a quarter century later, ELP has graduated more than 300 alumni who are contributing to a new interdisciplinary profession of human and organizational learning that is redefining leadership and expanding theories of learning, change, and culture.
HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE
OUR ROOTS
This year ELP welcomes its 25th cohort of exceptional doctoral students and celebrates 25 years of learning and leadership. We’ll mark this significant milestone in a way that is meaningful to the ELP community, with this 25th Anniversary Celebration event and the establishment of the ELP Founders’ Research Scholarship, in honor of all those who have contributed to the creation and ongoing growth of the program and our field. Learn more about the Founder's Research Scholarship here. Learn more about ELP today here.
